Are you interested in learning evidence-based herbalism within a community? If so, you're invited to the KATEO Herbal Society. Each month we'll meet up and discuss evidence based research surrounding herbs, taste tea flights, learn about the herb energetics, and form a community in the process. 

Each meeting we'll do a deep dive of 3 herbs, explore research, recipes, and benefits/drawbacks of using herbs for specific functions. 

During each herbal society meeting:
