Meet our Retreat Therapist
Autumn Ross is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and holistic trauma and sex therapist who helps women reconnect with their bodies, boundaries, and sense of self. Her work focuses on trauma recovery, anxiety, burnout, and nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on how chronic stress and unresolved trauma impact women’s physical and emotional well-being. Blending neuroscience, somatic awareness, and emotional healing, Autumn supports women in shifting out of survival mode and into greater safety and wholeness.

What if I've never done something like this before?
This retreat is designed for women at all stages of their womb healing journey. Pre surgery. Post surgery. Post birth control. Post partum. Newly diagnosed. You do not need any specific experience. The only requirement for this retreat is an open mind and a curiosity for connection.
What if I’m unsure about the investment?
This is an intimate, spiritually guided, LIVE experience...not a lecture, brunch, or conference. The price reflects the intentional space, the expert guest, the community support, and the personalized take-home items. You will leave this event with long term access to the Womb Healing Community. What if I don't feel "traumatized?"
You don’t have to label your experiences as trauma. Many women simply feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally heavy. This space is for release and restoration, and connecting to others that share the emotions and experiences of having an imbalanced womb.

I felt so alone having a "silent illness" of the womb. Chronic pain. No one to "relate to" within my peer group. Just being told to take medication. It took a toll on my mental health and my physical health. I spent years doing research. By myself. I spent years trying herbs and remedies. By myself. And I spent years healing my mind, body, and spirit. I'm healed. I'm balanced. But I also know that there are women just like me!
