How to Use:

• Exfoliate using the dry brush. Brush downwards from head to toe to stimulate the lymphatic system.
• Wash thoroughly with the soap bar, massage the soap into the skin
• Pat the area dry, do not rub.
• Deeply massage the oil into the skin. The oil can be used as needed throughout the day.
