This product right here is a game changer!!!! Previously I would snack throughout the day in between large meals however since taking this product my snack cravings have decreased drastically and I feel full/satisfied for long periods of time. One large meal per day can hold me without feeling hungry fatigue or having a headache. No more craving sugar or eating just to eat. I absolutely love this product!
